About the role
- Position Description: Responsible for coordinating the transformation and enhancements of Offer & Contract Development Systems within Medtronic.
- Delivery of enhancements to Conga CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)/CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) including set up of products, pricing, approvals, and template maintenance.
- Ensure creation of documentation and standard operating procedures associated with Conga CPQ /CLM enhancements.
Requirements
- Must possess at least three (3) years' experience with each of the following:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration or related business or technical field and three (3) years of experience as a sales support or sales enablement role
- Or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration or related business or technical field and five (5) years of experience as a sales support or sales enablement role.
- Must possess at least three (3) years' experience with each of the following: Management of Contract, Offer Development and Pricing systems, Salesforce and Conga CPQ/CLM
- Must have the following certification: Salesforce certification Admin.

Compensation
- $121,000 to $166,800 per year
