About the role

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of various
  • analytical tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD's), System Design flows, Sequence Diagrams providing the appropriate scope of work for the team
  • Create low-fidelity prototype and test end-to-end scenarios, going through the life cycle of application development
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all deadlines are met. Delegating the tasks to the right product/functional leads as needed
  • Take the lead on projects, delegating tasks, and managing the productivity of project team with the best possible strategies to avoid timeline/cost delays including divide/concur strategies
  • Identify gaps in client project management model and help create an integrated project plan with key activities/deadlines identified to create transparency. Ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Familiar with Agile methodology, ASAP methodology and Design Thinking
  • Interviewing internal and external stakeholders to develop solution requirements and captured user stories. Liaison between business users and business partners, managing relationships and monitoring all requirements updates
  • Analyzes customer requirements and translates those requirements into technical design specifications

Requirements

  • This position requires a strong understanding of various analytical tools and methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Degree in computer science or business management and related fields
  • Experience with full life-cycle implementations

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP technologies is a plus
