About the role

  • The State of California selected Brightline - out of more than 450 vendors - to provide free virtual behavioral health services to families with children ages 0-12.
  • In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $78,000-$90,000 + language premium & performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive outreach and marketing strategies tailored to the specific demographics, cultures, and ethnicities of the target county.
  • Create a partnership strategy that fosters mutual referrals, positioning BrightLife Kids as a valuable resource within the community.
  • Develop and adapt outreach and marketing strategies that span diverse and complex ecosystems, ensuring programs resonate across multiple stakeholder types
  • Proactively identify service gaps and market opportunities; contribute to the design of new assets and engagement tactics
  • Lead and participate in high-visibility activation in-person events, online webinars, and school fairs, acting as a respected advocate for the BrightLife Kids mission.
  • Regularly report progress, insights, and recommendations to manager, marketing team and upper management to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage a partnership pipeline and track outreach performance.
  • A deep understanding of communication strategies and proven expertise in engaging specific demographics, cultures, and ethnicities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing online platforms and research methods to source contacts and gather relevant information.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to track and report on performance metrics and use data to inform decisions.
  • Demonstrates a proactive growth mindset and high level of agility, with a proven ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment and embrace feedback
  • Must be based in California and have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, able to stand extended periods (4-6 hours), and attend outdoors in-person events and conferences in various weather conditions

Nice to have

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred

Compensation
