- This position is a full-time, onsite position in the corporate office located in Fort Wayne, IN.
Responsibilities
- Tippmann Construction 3D Modelers + Visualization Artists work closely with and within the Tippmann Construction Design team.
- Modelers are responsible for utilizing 3D software to create digital models, blueprints, and visual renders of current marketing and in-progress projects.
- Utilize 3D modeling software to develop detailed site and building designs, ensuring designs meet the customer specifications.
- Modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and postproduction for architectural and interior design scenes
- Support the Tippmann preconstruction and engineering team throughout the marketing and engineering process
- Critical thinking matching rendering to the project scope and updating as design develops
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer graphics technology, visual communication, or similar
- Understanding and experience with 3D Modeling and BIM concepts
- High levels of proficiency with REVIT, Sketchup, 3DS Max, or related modeling technology
- Knowledge of rendering software such as Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, D5, Unreal etc.
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Proven capability to learn quickly and problem solve in multi-solution and ambiguous situations
- Strong internal and external communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership in driving decisions among a team of individuals
- Track record of positive job performance, attention to detail and results-oriented experience
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and works with limited supervision
- Possess a working knowledge of Bluebeam
- Position based at the Tippmann Group Corporate office in Ft. Wayne, Indiana
