About the role
- This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in outside sales, business development, and relationship management.
- This is a full-time, salaried exempt position reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
- This is an in-person role and is not eligible for remote work.
Responsibilities
- The Sales & Events Manager works closely with the Director of Culinary, Marketing Manager, Roastery Team, and Café General Managers to develop and execute sales strategies, enhance client experiences, and support overall business growth.
- Manage leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule client meetings.
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect records in CRM systems.
- Develop customized catering and event menus and pricing proposals.
- Partner with café, culinary, marketing, and operations teams to deliver successful events.

- The position requires a minimum commitment of 45 hours per week and includes a blend of office-based work, prospecting, client meetings, sales calls, networking, and on-site event support at café locations.

Skills
- Self-starter with excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and related technology tools.
