About the role
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prior customer service or administrative experience.
- Processing paperwork with insurance carriers for agents and agencies
Responsibilities
- Providing overall agent support and assistance via phone and email
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for processing paperwork, providing agent support, tracking contract statuses, and more.

Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn proprietary computer systems
Nice to have
- Prior customer service and/or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel preferred
