Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Perform routine setups, changeovers, and equipment adjustments to run orders to exact specification.
- Quality & Precision: Monitor gauges, meters, and standard measuring tools (tape measures) to catch abnormalities before they create waste.
- Problem Solving: Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and investigate mechanical issues to identify root causes.
- Team Collaboration: Step outside daily tasks to support teammates, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure site safety
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital, and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.

Requirements
- Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.
- Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work experience
- Must be able to follow written and oral instruction
- Must be able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests
