About the role

As the Birthday Party Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating memorable and seamless birthday parties that exceed our clients' expectations!
Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of birthday parties, including theme selection, venue booking, catering, decorations, entertainment, and activities.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure everyone is on the same page throughout the planning process.

Create detailed event timelines and schedules to ensure that all elements of the party run smoothly and according to plan.
Manage and coordinate event logistics on the day of the party, including setup, guest coordination, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members.

Proficiency in using electronic databases to schedule parties.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours as required by event schedules.
