Responsibilities
- Compliance and Document Management: Produce and update related documents (resumes, project fact sheets, presentations, etc.)
- Strategic Support: Contribute to the development of response strategies and identify differentiating factors
- Continuous Improvement: Lead post-proposal reviews and contribute to the optimization of practices, tools, and processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Spoken and written French and English, to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams nationwide (an asset)

Nice to have
- Degree in a relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience coordinating service offerings, ideally gained in engineering consulting or in a role with similar responsibilities, or in engineering project delivery,
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to review and edit texts
- Integrity, team spirit, and a commitment to excellence
- Advanced proficiency with the Office 365 suite and collaborative tools (including SharePoint)
- Previous experience in consulting engineering or a professional services environment is a plus.
