About the role
- Performs a variety of diagnostic procedures utilizing ionizing radiation for diagnosis of disease processes and delineation of both normal/abnormal anatomy as well as pathological conditions in areas of the human body.

Responsibilities
- Patient Preparation and Support:
- Administrative and Clerical Support:
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate the skills and judgment necessary to provide non-direct patient care/support services under the direction of licensed personnel.
Requirements
- High School/GED Required.
- Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 10-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required.
- Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending and reaching is required.
- Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
- License/Certification Required: Certified and maintains BLS
- Minimum Work Experience: New graduate or 1 year of general radiology experience required.
Nice to have
- New graduate or 1 year of general radiology experience required.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
Skills
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, ability to meet the demands of an active position.
- Screen patients for MRI safety, reviewing medical history and ensuring no contraindications (e.g., metal implants, pacemakers).
- Demonstrate the skills and judgment necessary to provide care to patients under the direct supervision of licensed personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments for radiology exams, communicating with patients and staff as needed.
- Assist with data entry and communication between radiology staff and other departments.

- $10k-$20k
