In this position, you'll often be the first person our Members see when they need help.

Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to Members' requests for assistance.
Provide roadside support including battery boosts, tire changes, lockout services, and fuel delivery when needed.
Maintain BCAA's high standards of service and brand image through friendly, courteous interactions.
Support and foster a 'Safety First' culture, adhering to safety policies and procedures at all times.

In this role, you'll combine your passion for helping others with your knowledge and expertise in mechanical assistance.
You'll have the opportunity to participate in an apprenticeship program where you can attain the same knowledge and skills as Red Seal.

Enjoy a rolling 37.5-hour work week, with shifts ranging from 8 to 11.25 hours, scheduled one month in advance.

In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.

Up to 2 years of mechanical experience, preferably within automotive or towing and recovery or equivalent combination of education and experience.
