Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic course for the Run Specialty channel by building and applying a tiered, end-to-end support strategy that differentiates execution across national accounts and independent retailers
  • Oversee the deployment of complex, integrated marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, experiential, and media channels to ensure an elevated brand presence that drives customer velocity
  • Identify in-store opportunities and collaborate with Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to bring our brand stories to life, ensuring they reflect On's high standards of excellence and design.
  • Serve as the senior strategic partner for both marketing leadership and internal sales leadership, driving alignment, synthesizing diverse interests, and securing necessary trade-offs at an elevated level
  • Drive cross-functional excellence by leading seamless collaboration with sales, trade, creative, PR and Tech Rep teams to amplify key brand stories and drive innovation in the B2B space
  • Anticipate market shifts and foresee potential obstacles within the B2B landscape, utilizing complex data and insights to continuously innovate and deliver solutions to new, complex problems
  • Provide direction and support to cross-functional peers, skillfully simplifying complexity and aligning diverse teams to achieve shared organizational objectives
  • Consistently demonstrating strong dedication and accountability, you reliably lead multi-faceted projects that require collaboration across various regional and global teams.
