About the role
- The individual monitors staffing levels and workloads provides coaching and mentoring and participates in performance reviews.
- The Team Leader role will be overseeing a team of auto liability adjusters in the West Coast.
- Frequently participates in special projects as a subject matter expert

Requirements
- If candidates are not located in the Pacific time zone, you must be able to work a Pacific time zone schedule (8am to 5pm Pacific time).

Compensation
- Compensation offered for this role is 80,000.00 - 136,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
- This policy applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, salary administration, promotion, job assignment, benefits, discipline, and separation of employment.
