About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to become the primary owner of our mobile application, the core experience used by thousands of workers every day.
- You'll inherit a mature, production React Native codebase and take responsibility for its architecture, quality, and direction.
- You won't be the only person touching mobile, but you'll be the one setting the standard: defining best practices and raising the bar in code review.
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, quality, and direction of our React Native apps.
- Turn ambiguous product problems into intuitive, high-quality experiences alongside product and design.
- Drive improvements in performance, reliability, observability, and developer experience.
- 5+ years building and shipping production software.
- A clear communicator who collaborates well and thrives in startup ambiguity.
Requirements
- Experience with marketplace, logistics, scheduling, or consumer products.
- Experience with mobile performance optimization and observability.
