About the role
- Define the multi-year technology roadmap, shape capabilities, and align services with business outcomes.
- Ensure GQO-supporting EDT services meet performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction expectations.
- Communicate portfolio health, program status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.

- Strong business partnership skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust, influence senior leaders, and translate business priorities into technology strategy and portfolios.
- Proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and deliver results through complex global matrix organizations.
- Executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to inspire and lead large teams through transformation and sustained operational excellence.
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a global matrix environment and build strong relationships with executive leaders and business partners.
- Represent GQO in EDT governance forums and drive cross-functional decisions across key technology domains.
- Drive continuous improvement and capability maturity across GQO-supported EDT services.
- Partner with executive leaders across supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions to co-create technology solutions and drive accountability for innovation and service delivery
- Provide portfolio insights, strategic recommendations, and risk visibility to support informed decision-making and shared accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.
- Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise shared services or EDT organizations is required.
- Ability to understand complex systems, interdependencies, and opportunities for process and technology improvement.
Nice to have
- A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation
- USN: $192,000 - $398,000 USD Annual
