  • Ability to work effectively across functions in a global matrix environment and build strong relationships with executive leaders and business partners.
  • Represent GQO in EDT governance forums and drive cross-functional decisions across key technology domains.
  • Drive continuous improvement and capability maturity across GQO-supported EDT services.
  • Partner with executive leaders across supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions to co-create technology solutions and drive accountability for innovation and service delivery
  • Provide portfolio insights, strategic recommendations, and risk visibility to support informed decision-making and shared accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.
  • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise shared services or EDT organizations is required.
  • Ability to understand complex systems, interdependencies, and opportunities for process and technology improvement.

Nice to have

  • A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is preferred.
