Responsibilities
- Own and maintain production schedules for one or multiple teams
- Shepherd multi-team initiatives through project lifecycles to ensure accurate dependency handoffs, updates, and delivery across internal and partner teams.
- Lead and moderate team meetings with clear agendas, focused discussions, and actionable and reliable meeting notes.
- Build trust and positive relationships across all teams.
- Identify development challenges and drive process improvements.
- Communicate effectively across multiple internal and partner teams, varying expertise and seniority levels.
- Build and maintain processes to achieve peak team efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide feedback that is direct and honest but is paired with care and a genuine desire to improve and support.

Requirements
- Experience running multiple projects and/or programs concurrently.
- Proficiency in managing and coordinating multiple teams, including cross-functional partner and stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing team planning, schedules, and roadmaps.
- must have the ability to interact and collaborate with all departments and teams.

Compensation
- $87,300 - $130,900 USD
