Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and Service to deliver innovative new chiller products into production.
- Manage team member assignments to support product development and production support strategies.
- Exercise strong communications skills to support highly effective cross functional coordination and collaboration.
Requirements
- Ability to travel overnight (up to 15-25%) is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of product development work experience is required.
- Experience with HVAC/R (or adjacent) systems is required.
Nice to have
- Master's Degree is a plus.
- 401K match up to 6%, plus an additional 2% core contribution = up to 8% company contribution.
