About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in production operations, service delivery, or operations analysis in a regulated environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex issues
- Proven experience identifying and implementing process improvements or automation solutions
- Knowledge of quality assurance, audit practices, and risk management frameworks
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and operational performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or fintech operations environments
- Familiarity with process automation tools or scripting languages
- Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management practices
- Experience supporting client-facing or service level-driven environments
