Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in human resources, employee relations, compliance, or related administrative support.
- Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate documentation.
- Ability to learn and apply employment policies, procedures, and compliance concepts with appropriate guidance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, case management systems, and standard office technologies.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Contribute to compliance projects, training materials, job aids, and SharePoint resources by drafting content, incorporating feedback, and obtaining required review before distribution.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
- Experience supporting intake, documentation, recordkeeping, or case-related processes preferred.
