Responsibilities
- In this highly visible role, you will partner with leaders to shape people strategies, strengthen organizational capabilities, and drive initiatives that support business growth, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational priorities and long-term growth objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders, providing strategic guidance on talent, organization effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Lead and support the recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, and retention of employees across the site.
- Partner with Centers of Expertise to deliver aligned and impactful people solutions that support business objectives.
- Participate in labor relations activities, support negotiations as needed, and assist in the administration of collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 7 years in broad-based HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Human Resources Management roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with business objectives.
