About the role
- You will be the technical owner of delivery, responsible for planning, executing, troubleshooting, and successfully completing projects across our client environments.
- This position will require you to be onsite in San Francisco.
- We are unable to offer relocation at this time.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects from discovery → design → execution → validation → handoff
- Translate technical decisions into clear expectations and build trust throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven implementation ownership
- 6+ years in IT / systems / infrastructure / SaaS environments
- You can both architect the solution and execute it
- You can explain tradeoffs, push back when needed, and guide decisions
Skills
- Lead and execute implementations, migrations, and integrations
- Break down ambiguous requirements into clear technical plans
- Identify risks early and proactively solve them
- Manage/Context switch between various projects (Dependent on timeline)
- Troubleshoot complex issues during deployment (not escalate them)
- Create clear documentation (design, implementation, validation, handoff)
