Responsibilities

  • Support the escrow process from opening through closing, disbursement, and post-closing follow-up
  • Open orders and accurately enter and maintain transaction information
  • Prepare closing documents and input closing statement information
  • Communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other transaction partners
  • Use First American's technology and systems to support accurate, efficient transactions
  • Partner closely with the Escrow Officer and broader branch team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and competing priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to step in wherever needed to support the team

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
  • If you are an experienced escrow professional who takes pride in creating organized files, strong partnerships, and smooth closings, we would like to hear from you.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred

Compensation

  • $22.16 - $29.56 Hourly
  • This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.

  • This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals.
