Responsibilities
- Order and manage supplies and other items needed by the team members
- This reflects our belief that spending time together in the office helps us build stronger relationships, collaborate more easily, and support each other's growth and development.

Nice to have
- 2+ years administrative/professional office experience
- Project management experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Skills
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with and become proficient with new investment research tools (e.g., AI tools)
- Ability to multi-task under pressure with proven organizational skills
- Ability to learn new software packages as needed with the expectation to be proficient in a short amount of time
- Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels in and outside the organization
