About the role

The Sales Development Representative helps Clicklease grow by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective partners and customers for the sales organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving goals and creating opportunities through outbound outreach.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established partnership and business criteria.
Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives to support pipeline growth objectives.
Maintain proactive follow-up communication with prospects across multiple communication channels.
Accurately document prospect interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM.
Ability to manage multiple prospecting activities and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
Maintain accurate CRM records and proactive follow-up cadence across assigned pipeline activities.
Develop effective working relationships with Account Executives and Business Development leadership.

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months Build proficiency with Clicklease systems, outreach workflows, and lead qualification standards.
What You Have 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a customer-facing environment.
