About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner directly with department heads to help coordinate and execute leadership priorities.
- Manage complex workflows including scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-ups to ensure leaders operate effectively.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by tracking progress, resolving coordination challenges, and ensuring teams stay aligned.
- Prepare materials, analyses, and briefings to support leadership decision-making.
- This position is ideal for high-slope early-career operators who want to develop strong operational judgment, gain exposure to leadership decision-making, and take ownership of important organizational work.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in roles requiring strong analytical and operational thinking.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$140,000 annually.
- Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
- Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors.
- In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
