Responsibilities

Skills

  • Five (5) years of experience as an HVACR technician, wholesaler, educator or equivalent HVACR industry role
  • Experience with Residential controls and components
  • Ability to travel 60-70%
  • Ability to present to groups and facilitate learning programs
  • Skilled in providing customer service
  • Ability to communicate effectively - verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in technology
  • Microsoft Suite of Products; PC's, Mobile Devices
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Legal work authorization in the United States
  • Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
  • Degree in HVACR-related field

Compensation

  • we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process.
  • In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $ 110,000 -$ 1 30,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.

  • The senior trainer must present a professional manner and develop good working relationships with subject matter experts and Product Managers within the organization.
