- Location Brookfield Place New York - 225 Liberty Street, 8th Floor Business - Energy Brookfield Energy operates one of the world's largest publicly traded platforms for sustainable energy.

Responsibilities
- Build financial models, valuation analyses and investment materials to support transaction evaluation and decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams, portfolio companies, operating partners and external advisors in support of due diligence workstreams.
- Support post-investment business planning, value creation and decarbonization initiatives.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, infrastructure investing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- experience in energy, power, infrastructure, industrials, or project finance considered an asset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- They will bring a disciplined approach to underwriting, a collaborative working style and the ability to contribute effectively in a transaction-oriented environment.
- Conduct special projects and other responsibilities, as required.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
- Sound commercial judgment and attention to detail.
- Interest in energy, infrastructure, industrials, and the energy transition; experience in energy, power, infrastructure, industrials, or project finance considered an asset.
- Demonstrated ability and desire to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Compensation
- $150,000 - $200,000
- Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus).
- Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
- Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
