About the role

- POSITION PURPOSE: The Manager, Financial Reporting, is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, financial and SEC reporting for CIM's public funds, under the supervision of the Director of Financial Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Drive data analytics and automation efforts to enhance reporting and streamline processes.
- Ability to independently organize and manage multiple tasks in a detailed and deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting or accounting or audit, or related roles.
Nice to have
- MAcc or advanced degree a plus.
- College degree in accounting (BA or BS)
- Big 4 or other public accounting experience (preferred).
- CPA (preferred).
Compensation
- Support the independent auditor through quarterly reviews and annual audits.
