About the role

  • POSITION PURPOSE: The Manager, Financial Reporting, is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, financial and SEC reporting for CIM's public funds, under the supervision of the Director of Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive data analytics and automation efforts to enhance reporting and streamline processes.
  • Ability to independently organize and manage multiple tasks in a detailed and deadline-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting or accounting or audit, or related roles.

Nice to have

  • MAcc or advanced degree a plus.
  • College degree in accounting (BA or BS)
  • Big 4 or other public accounting experience (preferred).
  • CPA (preferred).

Compensation

  • Support the independent auditor through quarterly reviews and annual audits.
