About the role

  • The Operations Laborer is responsible for safely and efficiently performing general labor duties at a hauling company, transfer station, recycling center or landfill.
  • may include such things as yard clean-up, fueling vehicles and equipment, general vehicle operation, general office maintenance and other related duties.
  • Clean track on track type and related equipment;

Responsibilities

  • Perform yard work, including mowing and paper pick up;
  • Perform general office maintenance and repairs, including painting and janitorial work;
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Safely and efficiently perform assigned responsibilities to include such duties as:

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of landscaping and skilled using landscaping equipment.
  • Skilled using hand and shop tools, and instruments.
  • Demonstrates, accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to prioritize, stay focused and handle multiple, diverse responsibilities.
