About the role
- The Applications Engineer, Power Conversion Systems, is an individual contributor who provides technical leadership and customer-facing expertise for Dynapower's Clean Energy business segments.
- Leveraging deep expertise in power electronics and BESS/renewable energy infrastructure, the role translates customer priorities-such as efficiency, redundancy, grid interaction, and scalability-into practical, compliant solutions.
- With significant technical influence, this position plays a key role in driving customer adoption and supporting growth in the Power Conversion Systems market.
Requirements
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Nice to have
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 30%
- Demonstrated experience and strong working knowledge of power electronics
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Familiarity with rectifiers, power systems, and/or defense industry applications is a plus
- Able to speak English & German
Compensation
- 69,900.00 EUR - 96,113.00 EUR
- The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
