Drive collaboration

The candidate should have strong operational and analytical capability with genuine curiosity about credit markets and the judgment to know which problems matter most.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of problems end-to-end, from diagnosis through implementation and adoption, with minimal oversight

2-5 years of experience in business strategy, operations, or a technology-forward role within asset management, private credit, or a related investment business
direct experience with direct lending or private credit strongly preferred
Demonstrated track record of working alongside portfolio managers and research analysts to scale investment processes through technology

T he base salary range for this position is listed above.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance.
