About the role
- This role oversees daily grading and paving activities, leading crews of approximately 10-15 employees to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
- The General Superintendent works closely with management to plan work, coordinate resources, and resolve field‑level challenges.
