About the role

Reporting to the President, this role will oversee financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, reporting, cash management, internal controls, audit readiness, and financial systems development.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in high-growth, venture-backed, industrial, mining, manufacturing, or other capital-intensive environments, with the ability to balance strategic finance leadership with hands-on execution.
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth environment.

DISA Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale the company's finance function during a period of rapid growth.
The VP Finance will serve as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing clear financial insights, disciplined forecasting, and operational support across the business.
Ability to build scalable financial processes, improve controls, and support company growth.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and financial tools; NetSuite implementation or optimization experience preferred.
Ability to travel as required.
