About the role

  • Prophecy, Prosek's world-class branding and advertising business, is seeking a Website Strategist to join our growing team.
  • This role sits at the intersection of strategy, user experience, and web development, ensuring that websites are thoughtfully structured, user-centric, and aligned with client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic briefs, site maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that translate client goals into clear and effective digital experiences
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across strategy, creative, account, and development teams

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in website strategy, UX, digital experience planning, information architecture, or related disciplines
  • Experience leading client discovery, website strategy, and planning engagements from kickoff through launch
  • Experience leading website discovery, strategy, and planning engagements from kickoff through launch
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and website best practices
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar wireframing and prototyping tools
  • Experience collaborating closely with web developers and cross-functional project teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate client discussions and translate complex concepts into clear recommendations
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution

Nice to have

  • Experience within financial services, professional services, or B2B environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with website development processes, CMS platforms, and basic HTML/CSS concepts preferred

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000-$145,000.
  • An employee's salary is determined by a range of factors including but not limited to relevant experience, qualifications, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
  • The range listed is one component of Prosek's total compensation package for employees.
