About the role
- IRCA is a leading international provider of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry and gelato markets, serving independent producers as well as large food manufacturers (e.g. CPG).
- Core products include chocolate, chocolate decorations, creams, pastry mixes, gelato ingredients, and other bakery / pastry ingredients.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including completion of all related documentation.
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.
Requirements
- Demonstrated work experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Technical school training in the form of certified courses, technical degree or related experience.
- Ten years of experience as a full-time maintenance mechanic or in a related field.
- Two-year technical degree in a maintenance related field.
- Ability to read and understand prints.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and ability to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
