Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of innovative, strategic, and commercially impactful solutions that align client goals with agency values and principles of inclusivity.
  • Build and nurture collaborative, trust‑based client relationships, ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional service and strategic value.
  • Manage and grow senior-level client partnerships, ensuring alignment with relationship strategy and commercial frameworks.
  • Conduct performance development reviews and create tailored growth plans for direct reports, offering clear, constructive, and ongoing feedback.
  • Identify and pursue responsible business development opportunities across existing and prospective clients, leveraging knowledge of dentsu's products and services to deliver ambitious, values‑driven solutions.
  • You will serve as a trusted partner to clients, fostering strong, collaborative relationships and driving business growth through insight‑led, inclusive, and culturally aware solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a comparable role, including at least 3 years of people leadership.
  • Experience supporting new business initiatives at the network or brand level.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences.
  • Experience in Automotive sectors is considered a strong asset.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic communications plans and deliver thoughtful, client‑centric recommendations.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and building trust across diverse internal and external teams.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating long‑term, sustainable client relationships.
