Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the agentic AI systems that power multi-session conversational therapy, ensuring they maintain context, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and align with clinical protocols.
  • In this mission-critical role, you will lead the architecture and development of agentic AI systems that deliver personalized pain reprocessing therapy and mindfulness interventions.
  • Architect Next-Gen AI Therapies: Build and scale the agentic AI systems that power multi-session conversational therapy, ensuring they maintain context, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and align with clinical protocols.

Requirements

  • Have 4+ years of practical software engineering experience, including meaningful time shipping AI-powered products to real users.
  • At minimum a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field

Nice to have

  • Have worked in early-stage or fast-moving, rapidly evolving environments, and have ideally built products from 0 to 1.
  • Have successfully driven cross-team alignment to get impactful work shipped, and work with influence over authority.
  • Have experience establishing engineering standards, system architectures, and development best practices - especially around evaluation, safety, and reliability for AI systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contributions to open-source AI or software engineering projects.
