Fleet Reliability & Asset Performance Drive initiatives that improve equipment reliability, increase uptime, and optimize asset lifecycle performance.
Leverage maintenance data, equipment trends, and operational insights to support informed decisions regarding rebuilds, replacements, standardization, and long-term capital planning.
Maintenance Planning & Operational Coordination Partner closely with Operations, Dispatch, and Planning teams to ensure maintenance activities are coordinated effectively and equipment availability aligns with business demands.
Maintain visibility of fleet status and proactively respond to changing operational priorities.
Maintenance Systems & Continuous Improvement Develop and strengthen maintenance systems, workflows, KPIs, and reporting tools that support data-driven decision making.
Vendor & Contractor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, suppliers, repair facilities, and contractors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
Manage maintenance-related expenditures responsibly, support cost-control initiatives, and champion a proactive safety culture that protects employees, equipment, and the communities we serve.
