Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in an engineering or physics discipline
- Genuine interest in and experience with hands-on research and development
- Ability to work full-time at our San Francisco laboratory
Skills
- Experience in lab testing and operationally focused environments
- Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and the ability to use standard test equipment
- A bias toward ownership and action, with enthusiasm for problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership and project management skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
- A proven track record of high-impact, high-ROI contributions
