Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR counsel aligned with business goals and operational priorities.
  • Coach and support leaders on performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational change.
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build future-ready teams.
  • Identify workforce trends, talent gaps, and organizational needs, developing proactive people strategies to address them.
  • Leverage people analytics and key workforce metrics to drive business decisions and measure organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to implement enterprise People & Culture programs while representing business-specific needs.
  • Drive employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance activities while mitigating organizational risk.
  • Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced organization.
  • Expertise in talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.

Requirements

  • A valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle for business travel are required.
  • Occasional travel within British Columbia and across Canada may be required to support business priorities, employee initiatives, and leadership partnerships.
