About the role

  • As a Medical Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our providers, radiologic technologists, and patients.
  • This is a fast-paced, patient-facing position where you'll help ensure an efficient and positive care experience-from check-in through discharge.
  • We're looking for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform point-of-care testing (e.g., flu, strep, urinalysis, ECG)
  • Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms and front desk areas
  • Support daily clinic operations including opening/closing duties

Requirements

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) (American Red Cross or American Heart Association). required at hire
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office

  • CCMA - Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (NHA)

  • RMA - Registered Medical Assistant (AMT, AAH, or ARMA)
  • NCMA - National Certified Medical Assistant (NCCT)
  • NRCMA - Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NAHP)
