About the role
- The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations.
- The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Employee Support
- Provide administrative and operational support for daily HR functions.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Support non-exempt recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
- Support payroll processing by reviewing employee data and assisting with payroll corrections.
- Support HR audits, compliance initiatives, and special projects.
- Support initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and Google Workspace, particularly Google sheets.
Nice to have
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

- $30k-$35k
