About the role
- The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of industrial mechanical projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- Review and manage project contracts, change orders, and documentation.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, engineers, and executive leadership.
Requirements
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing projects in industrial mechanical construction.

Skills
- Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.
- Work Environment & Physical Requirements Combination of office and field work on active construction sites.
- Frequent standing, walking, and site visits required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and industrial work environments.
- PPE required when on job sites.
- Travel between projects and occasional overnight stays as needed.
