About the role

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of industrial mechanical projects.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
Review and manage project contracts, change orders, and documentation.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, engineers, and executive leadership.

OSHA 30 certification required.
Experience Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing projects in industrial mechanical construction.

Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
Enforce safety standards and ensure full OSHA compliance on all job sites.

Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements Combination of office and field work on active construction sites.
Frequent standing, walking, and site visits required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and industrial work environments.
PPE required when on job sites.
Travel between projects and occasional overnight stays as needed.
