About the role
- We are looking for a talented strategist to join our fast-growing digital & integrated marketing team at Prosek.
- Our ideal candidate is a self-starter interested in bringing best-in-class digital strategy and creative to life for our financial and professional services clients.
- We get to work with many of the largest and most recognizable global financial brands and help them navigate the always-evolving world of digital marketing and communications.
Responsibilities
- Work as a member of integrated client teams to drive digital and social initiatives such as content development, paid media amplification, creative campaign development, analytics and measurement, social listening and community management
- Develop and mentor junior staff through coaching, consistently providing feedback, and helping them develop professionally
- Manage tactical execution of digital advertising and social media programming, including content development, community management and influencer engagement
- Oversee team members responsible for developing first drafts of social content, analytics reports, internal and external communications, and client recommendations
- Develop and launch paid social campaigns, including platform and audience targeting, based on client marketing objectives
- Develop and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification
- Manage operational and financial performance of client teams, ensuring quality work, effective processes and that client requests are handled in a timely and strategic manner
Requirements
- 4-7 years of relevant digital, social media, or creative experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
- Ability to forge strong relationships with clients and cross-discipline internal teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams across disciplines
Nice to have
- Experience at a traditional advertising, communications, or marketing agency is a plus
- Experience working within a regulated field such as financial and professional services preferred
- Basic graphic production skills in tools like Canva, Figma or other tools highly preferred but not required
