What to Expect As a Technical Recruiter you'll play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy and scaling our teams from the ground up.

Lead full-cycle recruiting as a strategic partner to hiring managers across multiple technical teams (and occasional non-tech roles)
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through every message and conversation
Maintain accurate and real-time tracking of all recruiting activities and pipelines in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring all documentation is updated to reflect current processes and insights
Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs, direct hiring strategies, and guide new managers on effective hiring practices

Genuine interest in robotics and embodied AI
