About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to use your inventory and supply chain skills in a variety of specialty areas?
As a Logistics Specialist II, you will take on a more advanced role in coordinating and managing logistics activities.
You will oversee the preparation, documentation, and routing of materials, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Manage the shipping and routing of materials, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Maintain and analyze records of equipment, components, repair parts, and related manuals.
Optimize the allocation and organization of storage facilities for logistics materials.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

1+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
In-depth knowledge of state, federal, and global regulations related to logistics.
Experience with inventory databases.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in logistics software and tools.
Familiarity with AvPro or similar aviation maintenance tracking systems
Ability to operate a forklift.
Experience with shipping databases, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
HazMat Training/Certification.
Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record.
Understanding of shelf life.
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military.
