  • This role will serve as the primary coordinator for customer security questionnaires and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), while also supporting broader compliance, audit and documentation initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage customer security questionnaires by coordinating responses across Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Experience teams
  • Maintain and continuously improve standard response libraries, compliance documentation and internal process resources
  • Support internal and external audit activities, including SOC 2, SOX, HIPAA, FedRAMP, TX-RAMP, and customer compliance reviews
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information and improve operational efficiency across compliance-related workflows

Requirements

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Legal Studies, Cybersecurity or related discipline preferred
  • Internship or professional experience supporting documentation, operations, customer requests or compliance activities is a plus
  • Experience with RFPs, security questionnaires or audit support activities is preferred but not required

  • We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support key operational activities across QGenda's Legal and Compliance functions.
  • This position is ideal for an early-career professional or recent college graduate interested in compliance, legal operations, regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity or SaaS business operations who enjoys organization, cross-functional collaboration and process management.
