About the role

  • This position is at the Orem, UT laboratory so the candidate needs to live close enough to Orem to commute.
  • This position is part-time and the candidate would work approximately 20 hours per week.
  • The candidate will primarily focus on Techcyte's Environmental vertical, working to prepare and process air quality samples for home inspectors.

Responsibilities

  • Receive samples from clients and perform data entry tasks
  • Configuring scanners and software to perform optimally

Requirements

  • Must be able to commute to the office in Orem, Utah
  • Must be able to work collaboratively within a team and across disciplines
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US, as we are unable to sponsor or transfer Visas at this time.

Nice to have

  • Preferred shifts are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9am-5pm.
  • Experience working in a lab preferred (ie. safety, sample preparation, experience with light microscopes, etc.)
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in biology, clinical laboratory science, or related majors preferred

Compensation

  • $15.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
  • This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
  • Salary: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
