About the role
- The Business Talent Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for Rippling's non-tech teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for business roles.
- Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Partner with the recruiting team to make offers and close candidates.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the non-tech landscape and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent.
- What you will need 3+ years of experience in Sourcing or Recruiting (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Support, Account Management or G&A).
- Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent.
