Responsibilities
- Develop relationships, understand charitable interests, ensure connection to the Jewish community, respond to queries, and assist with transactions.
- Manage reporting of fund information to donors
- Support and help plan projects and events
- Understand, maintain, and suggest improvements to the Foundation's CRM system and related business processes
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Philanthropic Advisors across projects, Foundation events, and day-to-day workflow management, ensuring timelines are tracked, priorities are coordinated, and potential issues are identified and escalated proactively.
- 3-5 y ears of e xperience creating systems, general project management and administrative support a must.
- A dvanced technical skills to support use of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience providing administrative and operational support to senior stakeholders, including project coordination, workflow management, and event support.
Requirements
- Proven experience with office productivity and communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. ability to work independently to meet timelines and priorities
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills. ability to work with a diverse group of professionals, donors and volunteers
- Enthusiasm, creativity, innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- $ 65,00-$ 75,000 annually, based on experience.
